Our Repair Process
Precision at Every Stage.
Every pump follows the same disciplined repair process — from intake inspection and root-cause diagnosis through precision repair, reassembly, and documented performance testing before it leaves our shop.
Intake & Evaluation
Thorough inspection to document condition, capture specifications, and identify failure modes. Every pump is carefully disassembled so hidden wear and damage don't go unnoticed.
Mechanical & Hydraulic Assessment
Shafts, bearings, seals, casings, and impellers are checked for wear, misalignment, and hydraulic damage. Seal failures, impeller erosion, and motor misalignment are all diagnosed before corrective work begins.
Precision Repair
Using OEM or upgraded components, we restore seals, sleeves, bearings, and impellers. Where needed, we machine or rebuild parts to exact tolerances — returning hydraulic and mechanical integrity to original specification.
Reassembly & Testing
After repairs, pumps are reassembled with precision fits. Vibration checks, alignment verification, and performance testing ensure efficiency and flow are fully restored before the pump moves to final verification.
Full System Verification & Delivery
Every pump leaves our shop only after rigorous checks for pressure, alignment, and operational integrity. Test data is documented and your pump is delivered ready for immediate service.
