Disassembly & Root-Cause Diagnosis

Full teardown with careful documentation of every component. Surge testing, hi-pot, winding resistance, and core-loss tests reveal hidden damage that visual inspection alone cannot identify.

Rewind, Rebuild, or Remanufacture

Stator and field rewinds using upgraded insulation and VPI treatment. Rotor work including pole coil replacement and core repairs. Babbitt bearing pours and precision mechanical rebuilds performed in-house.

Balancing & Mechanical Verification

Dynamic balancing to OEM or better tolerances. Bearing clearance checks, shaft runout verification, and alignment confirmation — all documented against acceptance criteria before reassembly.

Electrical Testing & Documentation

Post-repair electrical testing including hi-pot, surge comparison, insulation resistance, and polarization index — producing a complete traceable test report before the unit returns to service.
